Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a $25 deposit for all appointments. This deposit secures your appointment time and is applied to your total service cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Credit Card, and CashApp. Cash payments are no longer accepted, except for tips.
When can I bring my cat for grooming?
Cat grooming is available on Tuesdays only, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We also groom exotic pets on Tuesdays.
Do you groom exotic pets?
Yes! We groom birds, bunnies, guinea pigs, and bearded dragons. Exotic pet grooming is available on Tuesdays only.
What should I do if my dog is severely matted?
We have specialized services for severely matted dogs. Pricing varies based on the severity and size of your dog. We'll assess the situation and provide an honest quote before proceeding.
How long does a typical grooming appointment take?
Grooming times vary based on the size of your pet and services needed. Small dogs typically take 1.5-2 hours, while larger dogs may take 2.5-3.5 hours. We'll provide an estimated time when you book.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes! We offer pick-up and return drop-off service for $27.50. This is perfect for busy pet owners who can't make the trip.
