Booking Hours
Cats and exotics: Tuesdays, 11 AM to 3 PM
Dogs: Wednesday to Saturday
Important pickup policy
You have a 45-minute window to collect your pet after notification. If pickup runs past that window, a $25 daycare fee applies.
Deposit required
A $25 deposit is required for every appointment and is applied to the final service total.
Arrival timing
Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled so the shop can stay on time for the rest of the day.
